Hello Ubuntu Server

The purpose of this communication is to provide a status update and highlights for any interesting subjects from the Ubuntu Server Team. Spotlight: Welcome Lucas Kanashiro

Lucas Kanashiro has joined the Canonical server team as of this week! Lucas will help maintain Ubuntu Server packages and the development of our cloud tools.

Lucas is a free and open source software contributor and Debian Developer. Most recently he was maintaining cloud related packages and performing security uploads on behalf of the Debian LTS team. Through the years in Debian, he worked on infrastructure related software, on the Ruby and Perl packaging teams and as a GSoC mentor. Find him on Freenode as kanashiro.
